Does anyone else get really bad anxiety at night when the lights r off and you are relaxed? I get really bad shakes and trembling feeling at night but ok during the day? Heart rate fast and feel like I can hardly take a deep breath? Then when I close my eyes to sleep I wake up in a panic and dry mouth.

Yes I get this a lot too. I’ve found having a source of light does help, like a night light? It’s a dim calm light which just helps to create a better environment to sleep in x
Oh my god, Alott So many nights not just once or twice,
What I Followed
1. Diverted my mind from there, i felt like i don't have sleeping problem. Watched Some Videos which can give relief to me.
2. After my dinner took banana, banana will helps you to take good sleep. even Banana tea also.
3. If you believe in god, feel that god is with you when you believe in something good your mind will accept it and you don't get any other thoughts. Like lord jesus yes i believe that he is with me in my bed. He is saying kid don't worry. I'm sure that will works.
4. Don't think about anything. Think about some lovely stuff, Stuff that gives or keeps you relax, happy.
Yes me at night I can't sleep like last night I felt like my heart want to come out of my chest light now am heading to the hospital to confirm that nothing is wrong
Hi, experienced all anxiety symptoms and tried not to take any meds instead, tried to search how our body works in order to have a good one. I got that info and it really works. Try to alcanize your system and you will see and feel yourself differently. Have you tried drinking 8 glass of water daily ? If not then , that is the key to eliminate all that feeling causing anxiety.let me know how u doing next time. Good luck
