i wake up with shortness of breath some of the rest of the day i still have shortness of breath but no, cough or fever or nothing else just my pulsecracing a bit i been like this maybe 4 or 5 days

That sounds more like anxiety or allergies than cv. Cv starts with fever then a cough then shortness of breath.
