I feel low stressed out worryed scard everyday. Cronavires is affecting my mental health everyday i am so stressed out i feel low i dont have peace anymore in my head. I have been trying to stay strong trying to keep my self from falling but its starting to show . I get irritated my anxity is not helping me at all deep inside im screaming . This is a very hard time for everyone this year i had so meany plans but that's all gone now. I am so stressed out stay safe everyone ❤

We are all in the same boat sweetheart but we must all pull together as much as possible. I am retired and live alone. All my social outlets are gone and goodness knows how loneliness is going to affect my mental health. I also have mild lung disease and least you and your children aren't high risk or old.

As a young (and presumably healthy young person) I hope you are doing what you can for high risk family and neighbours. x

I'm on the Healthunlocked Weight Loss forum it's a great community for chats they are such a loveIy bunch of people I'm not for one minute suggesting you need to lose weight but just to join in might help you through these lonely days ? Please have a look at some of the posts if you feel like it -I've done one today about what tv programmes people would like to see brought back

I’m sorry your having a hard time, it’s certainly not a walk in the park at the moment. The present situation isn’t helping anyone is it, and that means we are in it together, we really are.

My take on it is to accept it’s a scary time, we don’t know what will happen from one day to another, but we do know the sun will rise in the morning, the birds will sing, spring will be bursting out and lots of other things too. So with all the changes happening lots will be unfamiliar, it doesn’t mean it’s wrong it’s just unfamiliar. These things are happening to try and keep us safe, and in time the unfamiliar will become familiar. We will have opportunity to learn knowledge and skills too, and learn how we can help ourselves, there is lots of things on the internet, I’m looking forward to learning more about hypnotherapy having had it to help my anxiety in the past.

Now is a time for concern but not worry. Worry takes more emotional energy than concern and we can end up draining ourself if we are not careful. Your plans are postponed, they are only lost if you can never bring them to be. If that’s the case I’m sorry to hear it, but otherwise look forward to having those special plans in the future.

Yes glitteranglel it is a hard thing it’s got me all pumped up to. And not in a good way. My anxiety is out the box right now. And make things worse I woke up with a stuffy nose just made it worse but we can make it just all of us pray to god and he will here us I’m sure.

Hi I understand. Just try to stick to a schedule. Get up the same time every day go to bed at the same time every day. Find a new hobby whether it’s reading writing drawing painting etc. Also journaling can help get your feelings out and you can later reflect on them to change or make better. Exercise one hour a day can really help with anxiety also. If you can’t go outside you can still do high impact yoga. I truly believe these things will help you. I Understand how you feel. But together we can get through this. Much love you always have friends here for you. 😘

Always look on the bright side of life. You are still here, you don't have the virus. Watch happy shows and read. you are not alone. STAY STRONG, life will return to normal. be patient and have faith. xo

I know it's such a awful thing that is happening now but remember it's not going to last forever we will get through it All your plans though so disappointing they can happen when we are back to our normal lives

We are all in the same boat so people understand and are willing to talk about it lots of problems we have we are on our own with

Try and make a list of things that you have to be grateful for and read them every day to lift your spirits I have mine on the fridge door !

Just make the most of each day and think how fantastic it's going to feel once we are all clear

Don't worry you're not alone but take relief from the fact that the VAST majority of people only get mild symptoms if any, who knows, you may have already had it, I'm convinced I have. A good mate has it at the moment who rarely gets ill and he says he's just got a cough and feels weak but otherwise OK.

Thank you so much everyone . I am one of them people that never liked reading books but when i got happy as harry 2 weeks ago i loved it so i got my self a few more books and will get more this tusday before the shop does close like some shops have all ready closed in my town. I am going to do my best to do more things i have not done before . It dont help having mental health with all of this happening but i know iam not alone and i got you all here to talk too . This year will be a hard scary year for everyone around the world but we can now take the time to do things and learn new things we never had time for or never thought much about . I been wanting to lose belly fat but did not have much time and i did not put my mind to it now i can .

Remember As Within, So Without....you bring to you what you dwell on. Try to stay positive...think good thoughts...listen to music with 432 hrtz...this will raise your vibration....good luck

Hi - what's going on right now isn't not helping. Hearing what to look for isn't good with anyone who has health anxiety. Let alone anyone with anxiety.

For the ones who don't have anxiety they do now. A co-worker the other day said she was laying in bed anxious then felt she was having symptoms of COVID-19. I was able to use my experience and knowledge to help her.

I work in the medical field. I'm not a nurse or doctor. But still out there.

At this time I'm doing my best to utilize mindfulness limit my news watching. Go for walks.

Wish I could go for walk now. For reasons I won't talk about here I'm stuck at home. Hope to get out soon dealing with my anxiety is tuff at home.

Its going to be a hard year we dont know when its going to go back to normal. Staying strong is hard most nights i just cry as i cant hold it all in anylonger
