These aren't the symptoms of a heart attack so relax.

I have good and bad days , it might not hit 144, but yes, I have had palpitations for a couple day’s , it’s anxiety , plus , I never know my heart bpm because I don’t own anything that would tell me this ( because I’d forever be checking and freaking out ) . I’ve had all the tests , my hearts healthy . 7 mins at 144 is not dangerous at all

I can’t even go to sleep now .... I have relaxing sounds on, have my kindle with a good book about calming your nerves , but I just can’t stop this thinking

Your body goes into fight or flight mode , sometimes for no reason. If the kindle don’t work, download a game to play on your phone , helps me a lot .

When this happens to me my heart rate Jumps to 135. I have a Garmin watch and it tracks my heart rate. When I get a panic attack I have to go outside and have a 30 minute walk. While I'm walking im slowly coming back down from my feared state. Anxiety sucks.

I get palps, heart racing, chest pains and back pains. I used to think I was having a heart attack as well, I went to the doctor and got tested and I was fine. Back when I went to the doctor it was 2013 and its now 2020 I don't suffer as extreme episodes anymore. It comes and goes now, and its mild because Ive learned how to react when I have an attack. Get out and move about. I also get night anxiety when I can't sleep I just get on this forum and it helps me calm down and realise I'm not the only one.

But just to let you know I don't get all my symptoms at once. Usually heart papls and upset stomach. Or like racing heart and chills shaking. Rarely do I get them all at the same time but its happened.

Stay strong! You're not alone.

As always if you really think you need to see a doctor than do it, go and get a check up and be honest with your doctor.

I have that sometimes...comes with the anxiety. A heart attack would be clammy, tightness in chest, jaw pain, pain down arm, back hurts in between shoulders...nothing like what you described....breathe deep...relax
