Have had bad anxiety all day shaking like leaf, have taken 2 - 2mg diazapam 4 hours apart but still shaking, need the loo but can't go yet still waiting for laxido to work (I have ibsc/diverticulitis), my face is very hot as well, I am worried and can't stop thinking about this corona virus because of my copd/emphysema, could my face be hot because of my anxiety. Should I phone 111

Stop for a second , take some deep breaths , lay back , gently massage all around your tummy for a good 20 mins with your eyes shut. Massage every part, in all directions , circles , up and down ect . Earlier this week my face was burnt up for 2 whole days . I do suffer anxiety , and in the back of my mind I was saying to myself “ can I breath ok? Am I coughing ? Does the rest of my body have a temperature ? “ and I didn’t . I think you are stressing out ( not ruling out the virus but also I kind of am ) . Try relax and do the things I told you. If you start to worsen , then take it a little more seriously . Me , personally , I know there is other viruses going around at the moment that are causing hot flushes in the face , I think you are ok . tho . The other day I was constipated all up in my abdominal area, my face was red and hot , I took some lactulose because I find it works the quickest for me if I take a double dose. Keep me posted mate 👊

Hello :-)

You sound like you have got your self really anxious with one thing and another and I totally understand , I have been doing the same all day

The meds should help and maybe if you just try and relax the toilet situation will resolve soon but the more you worry the longer it will take

I know this virus is making so many of us anxious , myself included and when you already have health issues it is making are anxiety even worse

Stay indoors , follow the hand washing rule and if any one visits ask before they come if they are well or if they are in doubt to miss paying you a visit

We are all in this together :-)

I think even though not a Doctor your anxiety is making you feel this way but if you are in doubt there is no harm phoning 111 and checking what their advise is

Let us know how you get on :-)

Take Care x

Yes thank you, had a reasonable amount of sleep, feeling better today although still shaky, yesterday was one of the worst attacks I have ever had, may take a tablet just to finish calming me down. Speak to you later.
