Well my

Anxiety is at a peek. I was doing ok and now nose stuffy chest hurts when I cough r take a deep breath feel like sharp pain on my hart trippy.and get worse and feel week and can’t swallow. But must of the time it my chest that hurts from anxiety.and then you panic it’s the worst but feeling my chest hurt all the time light headed suck.

Hello :-)

Anxiety can cause so many physical problems and with each one that can create fear and then we feel them even more

If you feel that there is any chance you may have something physically wrong though even if they do say it is anxiety when you go , let your Doctor check you out :-)
