I feel nauseous and sick most of the time while I'm not. Also my head hurts a lot and i know it's because of my anxiety. What can i do?

Find things to distract you from it, get your mind to switch onto something else.

This post is something I relate to probably more than you would understand. Anxiety is what I struggle with and I am ALWAYS nauseous because of it. For me it gets so bad that I can't even eat then I make myself throw up. For me I had to get to put on medication to try to help it but honestly I think getting a therapist is more beneficial to add to that. I haven't been able to see mine for a month or so because I can't afford it financially at the moment. I did notice that it made me feel so much better when I was seeing one. It's not easy when others tell us "just turn your brain off or think of something else" because it's literally what we are going through and I'm under the impression that we would stop if we could. I hope you find some coping mechanisms that help you. I wish I had better one's that would help but I just want you to know you are definitely not alone in this and I relate to this too 💕

Try doing something you really enjoy doing, don't dwell on feeling sick. Just say to yourself this will pass and move on.

Prayer helps me. Ask God to help you with your anxiety. Also, reading and writing and not allowing your mind to race. Breathe calmly. Deep breaths. In and out. 🙏🏾❤

I second this!! I use a Christian meditation app called Abide that helps me. It is so soothing!

Did you know that a vitamin B defficiency can lead to stress levels so huge as to cause psychosis? So starting a mega B complex and tripple the dose. Excess vitamin B is simply urinated out, so you can't overdose on it. Keep your urine bright orange at all times.
