Mirtazipine for anxiety advice

Apologies for the lengthy post.

Just wondering if anyone can give me some advice or light on the follow.

I went through a few days that I couldn't sleep to I point I just couldn't sleep, which gave a bit of anxiety, like a little vicious circle, I had anxiety for a long time but I would say in a very mild levels that never stop me or even made think I it was a proplem or needed medication for it ...

my doctor subscribed me sertaline for anxiety because I was not sleeping and getting a bit desperate I decided to give it a go only took 3 and it's was the worse experience of my life by far ...raching thoughts , dizziness, couldn't stop still, confusion, heavy chest to name a few.my anxiety went from 3 to 10000.

Went straight back to the doctor and he put me on 15m of mirtazipine.

I have been on them for 4 weeks and although I was feeling a little better as it helps with sleep still more anxious that how I starting taking any meds.

After 4 weeks my anxiety it's starting to get worse again to a point I'm not sure if I'm getting late side effects and these iclude, unseasy feeling trouble concentrating, heavy eyes slight headeche.

I'm thinking about stopping taking these as I've read some not nice stories .

Any advice or information about mirtazipine or side effects and how long should they last would be much appreciated.

There are side effects to Mirtazipine . You can check on drugs.com where the alphabetical list will show meds you may be taking. Alcohol should not be taken with this drug. As you have been feeling anxious, then I would go back to the doctor. Everyone is different. You are not a pain..so don't suffer in silence.

I had intestinal trouble with this drug but it helped depression. I was only on it for a few weeks. It was for depression but other drugs may be used for anxiety.

I only took this med 3 days....I didn’t like the way it made my head feel within an hour of taking it; also, I felt like a zombie the next day. (I even tried reducing the dosage, but still had bad side effects).
