Panic over body temperature

Yesterday, my sister told me that I felt warm when she accidentally bumped my legs. Then I asked my other fam members to touch and feel me too and they all said yes. This morning, two of my students told me that I felt warm and my anxiety struck again! I was thinking of infection and so on. I was about to go to a clinic and have a CBC. I let my mind relax and convince myself to think rationally. Instead, I bought a digital thermometer and checked my temp. It's average temp result is 36.4 (did this over 15x). Panic subsided.
