i get palpitations after i exercise.. not during.. and i've just read this is common.. but i can't find anything to say how long the palpitations should or do last.. for me, the palpitations can last a day or more.. and by that, i mean.. many skipped beats, several a minute..
when i rest, it calms down.. then any activity at all causes the flutters..
and i'm getting anxiety over it.. cuz i'm trying to figure this out..
would like to hear about how other people are active with this.. are you fearful to exercise? and mostly, how long before you go back to normal?
i really don't like being sedentary..

i always exercise in spurts, but i know you are right.. with the palpitations getting worse, i think i will lay low for a bit and wait till i see the doctor.. i know there is another stress test in my future..
and i drink water, but probably should add some electrolytes..
i am in the middle of another bad episode.. fine for 2 days, i didn't do much.. today i vacuumed my house.. i did get a little sweaty.. i guess it falls under physical activity. but 4 hours later, my heart is skipping profusely.. no pain, no shortness of breath, no light headed ness.. just my heart skipping randomly, 7-10 times a minute..
thank you.. i see my GP in 6 days.. and no more vacuuming for a bit.. my heart is still skipping today, not hard.. but i can feel that flutter in my throat..
