Hi, I have never taken anything for the insomnia but I know that you can become tolerant to medication and so your body needs more or higher dosages so that can be it. I started to drink chamomile tea at night and it did relax me and I was able to get a little more sleep. A friend of mine just would do this muscle tightness thing where he would tighten all his muscles and hold for like 10 seconds, then release and do like 10-15 reps of that and he would feel better and get some sleep.
