what do you do when your mind is racing .

your mind racing feeling down and its like you cant focus or think about something else because its just there racing and feels like you wanna blow up and start screaming thats how i feel but holding everything inside while im on the train. i was just fine a couple of days ago not the thoughts and everything is coming back of completely loosing my mind thats how i feel . dont know why.

Distraction is key here. It’s a horrible feeling that I’ve suffered many many times. I highly recommend trying meditation, you can do it anywhere and in any situation. You’re certainly not losing your mind.

Are you worried about anything that you could be thinking about subconsciously?

Have a look on you tube at some meditation, it starts from beginners up to a high level.

I agree, meditation is what I would do especially on a train.
