Hi guys! I am new here. I wanted to write about what I feel everyday. I worry a lot, when I am alone in places with lots of people. My heart starts beating very fast, breathing becomes shallow, and my stomachs hurts. I try to escape those places as fast as possible. Also, I feel as though people don’t worry as much as I do, which makes me worried that I have some kind of mental illnesses. To keep myself distracted I have different “rituals”. I check Instagram, avoid thinking specific thoughts; If you are experiencing similar things know that you are not alone.

I think that pretty much everyone here could relate to that. Distraction will only work for so long, trust me I know. Then when the distractions don’t work anymore, it feels like we’re dragging ourselves through hell. Have you been diagnosed with any mental illnesses?? It does sound like you have anxiety. I’m not a doctor though! You could just be nervous because being nervous/anxious is actually a really helpful tool to have, except when you have anxiety. It becomes overused and we are sensitive to things.
