Does Paroxetine work?

Taken Paroxetine for the first time today. Will it relieve my anxiety and bad feelings?

You will get many different replies because everyone's experiences are different. And what works for some people is terrible for others.

Also I am assuming your doctor has prescribed the antidepressant.

My experience with it was positive. It worked for 20 years. Until it didn't. The awful downside is weaning off sucks. It is horrible to get off of and the process of finding something else that worked was a nightmare.

So I don't know if that helps you, but it's my experience. Would I take it again knowing how it would end up? Yes. Twenty years of something alleviating my depression and anxiety was worth the past two years of work.
