Examine your diet, make sure you are hydrated. Exercise.
Are you in any meds that could cause this?
Great news is the MRI was fine.
It sounds like tension headaches. Keep hydrated as the other poster stated and try to relax and deep breathe often, massage and your roll your neck around to release some of your tension. Be weary of too much computer work and Happy New Year!
