Feeling of terror

I was just driving and my head went numb and my body went icy cold. There was no reason, I was sitting at traffic lights. I carried on and concentrated on my breathing until I got home but my head has felt so bad since it happened

Hope you are feeling better now!

Anxiety presents in many different ways. Mine pops up unannounced all the time. Usually when I'm away from home. Don't let it discourage you. Best wishes!
