New to this forum hello everyone

Hello I am new to this forum been suffering with anxiety and depression and panic attacks for a very long time since two thousand and six fourteen to fifteen years since eighteen years old now thirty two years old. I also have Hypertension High Blood Pressure Arythmia and Hypothyroidism and Polycythemia blood disorder. Any questions glad to answer and help.
