Me too, and it usually is a bad idea. Are you on meds? Do you see a therapist? I’m on meds, Prozac and see a therapist. It seems to help. Talk more about your day.

I was prone to do the same. What has helped me is having my cell phone programmed to tell me when it is time to go to sleep & when to get up. It took me a little while to adjust to my phone prodding me, but now I have become regular following it. You can choose the sound you want to rise & shine to. I have birdsongs, my cat ignores them & no longer stirs!
