Hi Cat.

All went well. My dentist said I had chipped a bit off a filling and all she needed to do was do another small filling!

No injection or pain!

I'm so relieved!

How are you ?

I found this works and I used too be a terrible sleeper,Inhale for 2 seconds, exhale for 2 seconds, repeat at 3 seconds,4,5,6,7,8,9 then go back and start again at 2 then 3,4,5,6,7,8,9 repeat. The controlled breathing acts like your doing yoga and the counting is to keep your mind from going into overdrive and overthinking. Hope this helps regards
