Social anxiety

Hey everyone, I am super worried right now. I have been feeling more anxious around people lately, even my closest friends. I feel scared, that I might have said something to upset them, getting anxious about every minor thing. I have no idea what to do, since these are one of the very few people I don't feel alone around.

Hey, you’re definitely not alone! I haven’t seen some of my closest friends in months. It’s crazy to think that we can still be so anxious around the people we trust. I’m here if ya need someone to talk to. ❤️

don't let that scare you further by retreating into isolation...its a natural when you feel socially anxious, but fight it, otherwise it gets worse...you will be okay and make it thru this..stick with those you feel comfortable with, keep healthy boundaries, and most of all, take care of yourself...get the sleep you need, exercise is great for anxiety, any type of anxiety..you are not alone, even tho it may feel such...take care and thanks for sharing, that alone says a lot of good about your character...🙏

Sorry for the anxiety that you are feeling. Like many others, I have experienced this too. Counseling eventually helped me to manage this around safe people that I am close to. Maybe it would be helpful for you too?
