I’ve been taking Lexapro for about 10 years and it’s been fantastic, but I’m sensing it might be losing its effectiveness. For those who have taken both, was Zoloft as effective in treating GAD as Lexapro? I also take Trazadone at night for insomnia. Thank you!

Yes! Zoloft was the first antidepressant I took for my GAD and honestly, it controlled my anxiety far better than the Lexapro I take now. I know everyone is different, but that was my experience.
