Please help

Hi guys and gals new member here! My name is mike I just turned 38. A few weeks ago my close friend who lives right above me had a massive widow maker heart attack I heard and saw everything heard him getting shocked by the defibrillator and watched him getting wheels out on a stretcher with that machine pumping his chest he did end up making it and is home now ever since that day I have been feeling dizzy,panic,fuzzy,and just off I went a week without any symptoms but then it was right back and I have been feeling like this for almost 3 weeks straight. It scared me to the point of going to the er they did a ekg everything came back normal even my blood test my blood pressure was high do to the panic setting in. I wake up in the morning sometimes feeling great then within 2 or 3 hours I start getting hot dizzy and just feel off I stay up late due to the fact that I'm sometimes afraid to go to sleep cause I think I wont wake up just dont know what to do anymore!!!
