been getting this weird squeezing headache on n off for almost 4 days now. idk what’s causing it or if it’s serious. it doesn’t hurt but it doesn’t feel right either. i’m trying so hard not to google what it could be bc then i’ll just keep thinking something bad is gonna happen to me 🤦🏻‍♀️ tired of thinking this way

Hi velasquezk12, headaches like this can be caused from over tensed muscles in the

back of your neck and shoulders due to stress. These overly tight muscles then trigger

referred pain or sensation throughout your head. Make sure you are well hydrated

as well as using relaxation techniques to relax those muscles. Of course, any thing that

is new or continues on for a length of time should be checked out by your doctor. xx
