Really really struggling gad 7 good days and then from yesterday afternoon anxiety has got worse hot across the shoulders and constant anxiety. The anxiety has been like this since about 5ish this morning not letting up. Coming to end of 7th week on 100mg sertraline. And couple of weeks on twice a day 40mg propranolol dint know what to do feel so awful

Do not suffer in silence, for a start. If the medical profession has put you on medication, it is for a reason! Not every medication is right for 2 different people. First thing, ring your health worker and tell them what you are feeling. Sadly, that's the way it is - You have to let Them know!

You can also ask for a meds review at Any time if you are unhappy.

I don't know if you have a mental health nurse, but if not, ask your G.P, if yes - your nurse is your point of access. Keep talking, it does help!
