Definitely when I am tense I do have chest pain and belly aches. It is unpleasant but normal. To make it go away you need to have those feel good moments with yourself or with friends/family. Take care of yourself and distract yourself with something that makes you laugh. Try to get out of your mind so that you can rest properly.
When you feel stressed go out for a walk or talk to someone but try not to internalised it as it will make you feel worst.
Hi. It's been a while since you were on. I'm hoping you have had some really good days amidst the bad ones.
I know how you feel. Yes I've had wierd symptoms like trapped gas often or cramp like feelings in my chest and then if I burp or pass gas, I feel some relief. And its times it feel like the gas wont come out and it's very aggravating. I've come to think that anxiety and panic attacks bring on digestive problems or either the digestive problems bring on the anxiety. I'm always either burping or the other.
Tense back, neck and shoulder muscles, plus jaw. Strange feelings in my stomach, locked up with wind, need to burp or feel like I'm going to pass out. When I do manage to burp, I feel vaguely better.
Read some of my posts.
I can only think that I hold myself rigid all the time, hence the muscle tension. I swallow a lot of air may be when talking/eating. And I hold my breath without realising it.
