It sounds like a bad tension headache or mild migraine. Wouldn’t hurt to see a neurologist to check it out. Maybe ease your mind. It maybe allergies too.

I agree with “NeverGonnaLearn”

I’m having the same problems. Also, some of it can just be from anxiety. Didn’t you go to the ER a few days ago? Did you tell them about these symptoms?

Go and have your eyes tested because they can see if you have a brain tumour. I'm surprised your doctor didn't tell you to go have them tested x

I have had the same pressure on top of my head for over a year now. It will last for a one or two months and then go away for a month or so but it always returns. Had MRI for brain tumor but they said it was negative. If others get this feeling of pressure what do you do for it. I have tried Excedrins but that didn't help. Doctors continue to tell me it is anxiety.

I get these horrible tension type headaches always on the left temple area. I had anxiety a couple of weeks ago so it could be related. Also I do suffer with a very pressured head when the weather is poor, cloudy, rainy, stormy and thunder. I understand this can be quite debilitating at times. It certainly is horrible for me. I had tension headaches in clusters about 1-2 years ago. I do need to get my eyes tested and haven't yet. Sometimes the headaches can be related to your eyes straining or needing glasses so this might be something to consider.

I take standard paracetamol to help alleviate the headaches which usually helps. I think it is mostly down to stress though to be honest. So I try to assess and notice the stressors in my life, cancel plans and try and relax as much as possible. I'm not very good at giving myself headspace from work and family stuff so I know I need to work on that and getting some regular exercise. What do you think about all of this?
