I’m the same exact way.. it’s miserable. I constantly think that I’m just gonna die... I can’t handle this anymore.

Lately I’ve been noticing lots of eye twitching and I’ve been having a lot of muscle spasms that will last awhile, go away, and then come back. It’s miserable.

I wake up feeling shaky sometimes too, like I’m vibrating. Super uncomfortable but it seems to be kind of common with anxiety.

I wake up in the middle of the night same way too. Shaky like vibrating. I don't know if it's muscles or my heart quivering..I always check my pulse but it's fine when that happens..Weird..

Eye twitching~ MAGNESIUM & B -12 Can help... With calming as well. My mom DEVELOPED shakes & Increased ANXIETY while on 3 anti depressants at different times... Shaking went away after stopping the first, returned on Lexapro and now again on Remeron. I think Now , it could be that she is scared to death BECAUSE of the shaking that has created a cycle of her OWN increase anxiety.???.. I want to wean her off SLOWLY to see if she will stop shaking and resume a less anxiety plagued life. Her last years should not be pure misery and I feel for all here w anxiety. Sadly, I am her primary and live in kid care giver while a sibling is calling the medical shots.
