Tingling in head

Has anyone had the pins and needles tingling in their head and face for more than a couple of days? Very confused by what’s going on... I suffer with severe health anxiety and something triggered a panic attack Weds morning. I’m also epileptic but very controlled and only has one seizure 10 years ago but now worrying it’s something related to that. Very unlikely and doc has said it’s more likely anxiety as there’s no reason I should have anything else but puzzled as to why the symptoms aren’t shifting

Hi there. I know this was a while ago and hope you are now ok and sorted. But I have this and mine is anxiety...it completed freaked me out. It lasted days! I also have health anxiety and had came up with all sorts but looking back now I was in a very stressful situation and anxiety came out in me as some very strange symptoms!!

So mine went away for a couple of weeks thankfully but has started back up on and off since yesterday and today quite bad The initial trigger is still on my mind but not to the extent it was a while ago so I don't understand why the symptoms have reoccurred! How long does the tingling cold sensations last with you? I hope they eventually go away for good!!

I’ve been getting them in my face cheeks, tip of nose, top of head and I have 24/7 head pressure. I saw neuro yesterday and he believes I have FND. He tells me anxiety panic all fall under this with pnes. Waiting for eeg to rule out seizures which he says he only thinks there’s a 10% chance of that because of all my other neurological symptoms. It’s horrible whatever it is with the added head pressure. It’s hard to be sitting up or standing with. Also the pins and needles increases if I got up the stairs which is odd. And if I get overly startled. I know you posted awhile ago. How are you? Hope you are feeling better.
