I hope you decided to take that walk, if you haven't yet then go for it! You said yourself you'll feel better after you do it. And the fresh air and sun will be good for you. Thinking people are laughing at you and things like that are lies anxiety are telling you. People are usually so caught up in their own things that they don't pay much attention to others any way. Try this

..smile at someone as you pass them, I bet they smile back. You have nothing to be ashamed of, you are as good, worthy, important as anyone else in this world.

Love and light to you ❤

Try not to over think the whole issue, Decided to go out , give yourself a time period, and then do it. It helps if you have a destination or a purpose to occupy yourself with. Some walks will be more successful than others , but the important thing is to see it through. Eventually you will develop feelings of accomplishment and self assurance . Other people will be far more concerned with themselves than with you. Keep moving. Pam

Hi mike7777, I have been on sertraline for the past two weeks but to be honest it has not helped, it's probably made my feelings worse , my GP told me it can take at least 6 weeks to feel the benifit , I was on paroxetine before that for at least 20 years, but I will give it a go ,
