I have a anxiety disorder, went to the therapist for the first time ever today and there saying I have ptsd, I’ve been thru this 2c in the past, the first time I overdosed on synthetic lsd and severe anxiety and dp/Dr lasted 9 months, that was almost 4 years ago, the 2nd time was ending of last year and that lasted 3 months it started due to a panic attack off of weed, this time no panic attack happens but all those feelings are back this is the 4th day and it’s terrible, severe anxiety and everything, can’t eat, I just keep overthinking and I can’t stop

Do you see a psychiatrist? Are you taking meds? There are many meds that can help for the short term until you gain the insight & tools to cope with & perhaps overcome the cycling thoughts. You are not alone . Look at the statistics.

I don’t see a psychiatrist and no I’m too scared to take anxiety meds, thank you a lot for replying
