I keep getting chest pain/ feel like my heart is racing. I’ll be laying in bed when this happen. Or sometimes my heart feels like it’s doing somersaults. Anyone get this? Please share.

I get this quite often, even when I’m not anxious. I think it’s because we are more in tune with our bodies that we feel these things more than most. X
Thanks for the reply. Any tips on what you do to make it go away? How long does it typically last for you?
I think the best thing you can do is just try and stay calm, try to not think about it because I know when I’m anxious I notice it more because I’m so in tune with what’s happening in my body. I don’t take any medication for anxiety, I have a more holistic approach so I drink chamomile tea and use Bach’s rescue remedy and that helps x
