Electric shock sensations?

Does anyone experience this? Like a shock of electricity in a random part of your body, like an arm or leg, and then a lot of pain? Like you were LITERALLY shocked? Sometimes it comes with a twitch, sometimes it doesn’t. I’ve had many EEGs done, and doctors say they can’t find any evidence of seizure activity.

Could this really be anxiety? It’s really unnerving.

I get those zaps quite a lot! All over my head and sometimes my arms and legs. If you’ve had all the tests done then put it down to anxiety. It can do the strangest things to our bodies!

When you had your eegs, did you have an episode while hooked up to the eeg's? We're they video eegs?

It was a video eeg, but I never specifically had the shocking sensations. I had a ton of muscle spasms and a couple adrenaline rushes though.
