Don't ignore it, just accept it.

For years I've been fighting and fighting and fighting some loss of control, but I am done fighting. If I lose control, so be it. If I faint, whatever, I'll wake up and it'll be over. Im sick of trying to feel normal. Im ready to accept feeling strange and lightheaded and out of it. Who cares? I can still enjoy my life. And most of all I am DONE. COMPLAINING.

Honestly, this is gonna help you so much. Acceptance often leads to the symptoms diminishing.

Have you got the DARE response book by Barry McDonnagh ?

It all about not fighting but accepting like you are saying

Also reassuring you you won't lose control or faint etc

You have the right attitude I just thought it will re-enforce how you are feeling It's very very good
