Does anyone feel a 24/7 rocking/swaying/dizzy sensation?
I feel like I'm on a boat 24/7, it's exhausting. Started 3 months ago and is only getting worse...
Has anyone a solution? Thanks

I am on week 5 of feeling like this, alongside constant nausea and being sick, trembling inside. I have been checked and all tests done are ok so it’s jusy the anxiety and not sleeping properly doesn’t help
I’ve started on sertraline the last couple of days and also diazepam which is helping.
I’ve also started cbt and had my first session Friday which she explained why our bodies respond how they do etc.
I hope you ll feel better soon. Please let me know if anything is helping resolve this.
I've had anxiety for years but I never had this weird rocking symptom. Feels like I'm constantly in a small boat on a rough sea. I have trouble accepting that it's "only" anxiety and I guess that stresses me even more
I don't know if there is a solution per say.
I can say that this is one COMMON symptom of our anxiety brain at work..........
It comes and goes.............
It is creepy and I don't think one of us likes it one bit.
I've just seen an ENT and a Neurologist. Their diagnosis is : Vestibular Migraine.
Never heard of that before. But apparently it's a type of migraine that can be chronic, painless and wreck havoc in our vestibular system.
