Started abilify

Well I wanted to quit medication altogether because I felt like it didn't help but then my anxiety and derealization got 100x worse out of no where about 6 months ago and its just been getting worse since even on my snri, xanax and buspar, exercising and eating better with therapy twice a week. So they put me on a low dose of abilify. I'm really scared but I guess things cant get any worse. Although I used to say that before the anxiety got worse so knock on wood lmao.

I started abilify a couple months ago. I'm on a very small dose. It was increased the second month I was on it and I had more anxiety so we dropped the dose back down.

It has helped me in some ways. I used to cry constantly. It has stopped that and I'm so glad. If that's the only effect I get from it I'm happy.
