Potassium deficiency

Has anyone had a potassium deficiency that didn’t show up in the lab results? Have you had a potassium RBC test and if so what was your result? The reason I ask is because I did a fast back in February and have had symptoms of a potassium deficiency since. Racing heart, weakness, thirst, basically everything linked to hypokalemia. When I take my electrolyte drink it seems to improve but I am afraid to take to much potassium if it’s not the issue. I have taken magnesium for a few months and it helps but doesn’t eliminate the issue so I don’t think it’s that. Ive been to the doc several times over the past few months and everything is normal and I’ve done a lot of labs. Magnesium RBC was 5.4. I just got my potassium rbc test done and it came back at 96 in a 90-111 mmol range. This seems low to me but haven’t been back to the doc to go over for another 2 weeks. Thanks for the help!
