Buy some magnesium oil and use it, it will soon put a stop to them.

You spray it on your forearm and you rub it in ! Holland and Barrett sell it starting at £4.99 which isn't bad. If you want good stuff then Ancient Minerals is available on Amazon UK and US. It will help you out a lot. Ease your reflux, stop your palpating heart and heart flutters, open up your lungs and ease anxiety and depression too. You don't want tablets, you want an oil a spray that won't interfere with your digestive track . Only spray it once on each forearm to start off with.

Yeah let me know. You'll feel it within 20 minutes like when you've had something to eat and you go all tired. It's like that. Your heart skipping beats and palpating heart should ease off. A spray at night will help you sleep like a baby bud !

Does it interact with beta blocker? I'm interested in that. I'm on Metaprolol for the PVCs but I still get them. Thanks!

Ask your doctor if you're unsure but as long as you don't take them with in 3 hours of each other I can't see why not. The only thing I'd say is both magnesium and metroplol lower blood pressure but you could try it just one spray, that is a very low amount. They don't interactive but magnesium can stop medicines working especially SSRIs and anti- biotics.

My heart doctor advised me to increase my salt intake. I did and the heart palpitations are very rare now.

Don't avoid salt I used to avoid salt but now salt at least one meal a day and it has all but eliminated my heart palpitations. I see a heart doctor at Cleveland Clinic and this is what they recommend for heart palpitations.

Table salt ?

Yes apparently we are so accustomed to hearing how bad salt is for you but it is necessary for your cells and especially your heart. I literally had such severe heart palpitations they would last for 45 minutes but now if I get any they might last 30 seconds and only once a month instead of a couple times a week. I see a heart doctor at the Cleveland Clinic and this is what they recommend to their patients who have problems with heart palpitations.

Your heart beats through a series of electric impulses that signal various parts of the heart to contract.

Sometimes these impulses occur out of sequence, causing an arrythmia.

Arrythmia is a generic term to describe irregular heartbeat.

A common one is a premature ventricular contraction, PVC.

These can feel like your heart is stopping and re-starting. PVC's are harmless but annoying.

They can happen for lots of reasons, anxiety being a big one.

I've found my pvc's get worse when I'm dehydrated and hot.

Usually a powerade does the trick.

Like others have said, lowing sodium helps.

Potassium intake is important too.

Relaxation, coping techniques or even medication to help with the health anxiety component.

Try vitamin B12 it’s worked for me. It takes about 4 weeks to kick in though.
