Heart palps
This happens to me all the time. I've been to several Dr. about this, I'm convinced I have a heart defect, but I also have a history of major panic attacks and suffer with minor ones still to this day. Everyone's body is different. Chances are,if you're an anxiety sufferer, the heart palpitations are related. If you've not already see a MD. for peace of mind, if you're concerned at all there may be more to it, chances are you'll walk out of there with the peace of mind that it's nothing that's going to hurt you, physically. Knowing the physical symptoms of anxiety are coming from the brain, and not a clogged artery or something "scary" is often enough to decrease the severity of the initial problem. It helped me a lot, being told I was perfectly fine and healthy, but that a human brain is powerful enough to convince you, you can't breath, or your heart is stopping.
Is sucks but most likely anxiety, get it checked for peace of mind.
Its because of your anxiety. You have to learn to calm your mind and body down by breathing slow and telling yourself you will be okay
I have suffered with PVC's for over 40 years......numerous tests have been done by different cardiologists. Many things can trigger them, caffeine, panic, anxiety, alcohol, medications, sometimes they can even wake you at night. Some people never notice them or feel them, others do. I describe the sensation as it feels like "a fish out of water flopping around". They can be frightening especially if they continue for hours. If there is no heart disease present, we are told they are bothersome but harmless. Extra beats are also annoying. If you have been checked by a cardiologist, then most will tell you not to worry.
