Weird breathing problem

I have this weird feeling in my lungs that's started two days ago, it feels like I'm about to gasp for air but not quite. I cannot explain it I'm starting to feel like I'm going to become breathless and it's freaking me out, no other symptoms included just this feeling that comes and goes so my anxiety is playing up again making more symptoms. Don't want to go into A&E now cause it'll be a waste of time but can't help feeling like it's a more serious problem. What to do?

Hey there, i have really bad anxiety and i too have this thing ii do with breathing where it’s really slow and shallow breathing then suddenly feel like I’m not even taken any breaths then have to take a massive breath and keep reminding myself to breathe and then ii end up giving my self a panic attack over not being able to breath lol it’s a horrible circle. Anxiety is the worst. Why don’t you try keep your self busy distract your self see if it passes. That’s what ii do. Usually helps. The mind is such a powerful thing hey.
