Me feel nauseous this morning, trouble is it might be that because I suffer from gastritis on and off or it could be the pills as that’s a side effect so the dr said, or it could be the anxiety, but yesterday I woke up feeling fine,
So who knows. I do hate that in the morning though it can affect my day, I’m trying not to let it, I’m meant to be going shopping with one of my daughters for a couple of hours this morning.

I hope you had a good day shopping with your daughter yesterday once you got over feeling sick.
I had a lovely two days on Monday and Tuesday.
I went walking with my friend on Monday and canoeing, swimming and picnicking with wine could on a river estuary nearby on Tuesday. We got across the river easily to the picnic spot and had a lovely swim then a meal with a bottle of wine. We forgot the time and had to drag the boat over the deep mud to get it afloat again. We would have been an amazing sight, covered in mud, having to crawl along on our hands and knees Lol!
Luckily noone saw us and we got afloat again and the tide took us easily back to the other shore. My friend has a big house overlooking the river so we could have a shower straight away when we finally got the boat back home.
It was a very memorable day. I had been nervous about it before but it was great. I have not been canoeing before.
Hi Kim, Wow! Sounded like great fun 😊 I bought some sandals and a t shirt when I was out then we went to my grandsons music festival which was outside on the field of the school grounds. We were there for about 3 altogether, but it was really good, I’m glad I went.
