So I have seen a counselor a while back now and have another appointment soon! ☺️ Everything so far is ok, life is ok I guess. When I feel like I'm alone or nobody knows what I feel I look here and know that I'm not alone. I'm kinda use to the feeling I get kinda. See what I failed to do was tell the counselor EvErYtHiNg . I only stated the fear of dying to her and being nervous before I go to bed. That's basically everything. Right now my really troubling problem is going to sleep at night. I just feel nervous that I won't be able to sleep for the night and not get my rest. I have to have the hallways light on or some light on for some reason. And I need someone to sleep with me for me to feel safe... another thing really is just questioning life and stuff and questioning my excestence. I honestly feel better when I'm interacting with people and stuff like doing things going places. But usually I've been in bed on YouTube all day not really enjoying my summer. Thank you all for the support! We will all get through this! 🤗♥️
