Today I was telling my co worker about how I’m stressed and tired and she asked me “ are you mentally ok” and I’m really worried. Like does she know I’m crazy??????

Why are you crazy coz you suffer from anxiety? If that was the case then there would be a lot of 'crazy' people in the world! x

hi please don't stick the crazy label on yourself because crazy your not.your someone stuck in a rut who just happens to need a bit of support.maybe they are just worried for you.
