For the first time in a very long time 2 granddaughters and their babies are coming for dinner. But, I told them there are rules now ... one will be doing the washing up and the other will be drying after, as they have a tendency in the past not to do much if they can help it. Things have changed now lol. Part of me is thinking ...OMG! and the other half is saying do it! I’ll be shattered later but the thing is I’m doing this for me more than anything because I haven’t done it in such a long time......

I think I have decided to go shopping and walking not cycling due to the wind which will make cycling dangerous.

I will see the stormy sea again but with no dog this time and a different beach I think.

I've been a bit iffy today with my brother and wife here. Bit shaky from the inside out, if you know what I mean. I coped, but felt really horrible inside, don't even tell my husband anymore as I think he is suck of hearing it, makes you feel so alone though.... xx
