Chest discomfort

Does any one have chest discomfort all the time and a heavy feeling it's horrible as well as dizziness anxiety is horrible

I had all those symptoms was horrible.. now i get very hot and red hands all the time do you think that has to do with anxiety ive never had this before

Yes I get that too anxiety is horrible but these chest discomforts are annoying I worry it's something serious

I do all of the time like shooting pains and a heavy feeling like someone is sitting on my chest is is awful but nothing to worry about ! And I am always dizzy like I feel like I am about to collapse and just pass out and I am so unsteady on my feet yet again this is just anxiety. Learn how to accept it and you are stronger than anxiety you can control it its your body don't let it ruin you x

Yes I get the same things. These things been troubling me for about 25 years now 😥 I hate the dizzy weak feelings and trying to sleep at night my chest will hurt. It's hard to deal with for sure! Hang in there!
