Thoughts and ectopic

Hi all

I’m wondering if anyone can shed some light on this. Can thoughts alone bring on adrenaline? I’ve been to the hospital few times with ectopic heart beats and I’ve been told they are normal and that I have anxiety. The feeling I get after a pvc, ectopic or whatever you want to call it I get this warm rush that comes over me and also a gurgling in my stomach. What makes my stomach gurgle? Is there a heart and stomach connection? I can’t even listen to other people talk about heart related problems because it makes me anxious so I walk out. There used to be a commercial on tv that there was a sound of a heartbeat in the background and I would change the channel, just the sound alone would make me feel some type of way

Yes ectopics can be caused by adrenaline i get them when having a panic attack and with my anxiety

The same thing happens to me and it first happened in a restaurant when I was thinking about the stressful events I was dealing with the day before Christmas. I got hot, nauseated and it turned into a vaso vagal syncope attack but didnt pass out the first time.

I get these attacks all the time now and they are from food or stress and I see an endocrinologist for my thyroid, heart doctor and specialist in autonomic nervous system dysfunctions. Sounds like yours is similar and would suggest eating very healthy and reduce anxiety. I am off work in the summers and my symptoms subside. But once back at my 2 jobs it hits me hard and has made my life more difficult. I am considering going out on disability. I am 53 and worked my entire life. I don't know if I want to suffer 12 more years to retire at 65. I also do yoga and exercise and it helps. Good luck to you and know you are not alone. Happy thoughts!
