Feeling dizzy

I am 25 and have been on medication of depression for past 3 years.First two years i was on Escitalopram(20 mg),quetiapine (10mg) and this year i am taking Escitalopram(10mg) and clonazepam(10mg-SOS) since now..I have been suffering from depression,anxiety,panic disordes and social phobia and anger issues for past couple of years..I may have been through a hell but never felt any dizziness until now,recently for past few days several times i felt a sudden light headedness while walking and seems like i am going to fall..

I am scared now and wondering if i am having high blood pressure or having a imbalance of chemical in brain.
