bad ibs with anxiety

hi im just wondering if anyone with anxiety suffers with bad ibs cramps bloating pain low right quanant

IBS is horrible. It started in my teens with rising stress and pressure of life. It tapered off slightly into adulthood, but I still get it if stress is enough. The gas bloating diarrhea is torturous!!! Pain can be overwhelming.... time and bowel movement helps. Finding your triggers that start it,mine being stress is key. Get a Dr. Gastrointestinal. get evaluated and ask for tests to rule out other issues. You will feel better! Don't Worry. Call up your Doctor 😊 take care
