Today sucks lol

So I think I have tinnitus now from Zoloft? Whenever I hear high pitched fans or white noise I get this whooshing siren sound in my left ear that’s faint. I legit thought I was going nuts. This is the same ear that had the ear pressure release.

Legit thought I was in psychosis or something.

I went to grab food and thought I was gonna faint. My vision is like having difficulty focusing when I walk outside. It gets better if I breathe. It’s ok now.

I’m SO sleepy and don’t know why. I’m trying to fight it. Then I get scared of serotonin syndrome or something..

I’m really going to try to make it to the gym on the subway. I need to beat this. I absolutely refuse to go back to how I was or to Zoloft.

I applied to a waitressing job for weekends in Boston.

Did I do the wrong thing by coming back? I was doing SO good yesterday.

Maybe tomorrow will be better.

You’ve got some willpower I admire that. I hope you’re ok for the rest of the evening , I really don’t feel too well at the moment so had a shower and going to go to bed with a book, I know it’s early but don’t want to sit in the front room as I’ve done that most of the day. My head is all tight and tense on the top at the moment.

My day was better yesterday than today as well. Let’s hope we all have a better day tomorrow. I’ve Felt very lonely today with all this, you take care of yourself ok xx ❤️
