Nearly 14 day’s post Zoloft

I’m pretty sure the withdrawals or the pills still being in my system are acting up pretty bad.

It really feels like anxiety I feel creates this depressed feeling? I have a slight headache and feel low for no reason. Still a bit spacey and weird.

I had vivid nightmares last night of a workplace and got bad anxiety when realizing I need to go in today to export some media. Super weird.

I’m wondering if anyone has had this problem: You have a bad dream and can’t seem to stop thinking of it when you wake up? Like it’s stuck there hanging. It’s been happening more on Zoloft but it did before when I was getting nightmares.

I got DP/DR/dissociation today. I see my psychiatrist tomorrow for a follow up. Then I return to work Tuesday.
