hi about 5 weeks ago I was feeling really emotionally wound up after it I felt dizzy and just lay down on the kitchen floor and went to sleep.my mrs wondered why I hadn't went to bed but I couldn't explain how I was feeling.i have a tendency to lie down at home on the floor when my body suddenly feels drained of energy.

Not the floor, but on the couch quite often. I think it's because I feel safe there, when my family is all together. My husband works night shift and I think a lot of my anxiety stems from that . :'(
